Wing Cheong's the epitome of an around the way Chinese food joint. Ambiance wise, you're unlikely hanging for dinner or cocktails. However, the service is always pleasant and the food's always delicious. Highly recommend.

Wing Cheong continues to be the best late night, Chinese spot in the Bed-Stuy area. Staff is consistently friendly and familiar with all of us regulars. The food is as tasty as ever and they don't rush you out in a huff if you happen to show up minutes before closing like I often do. Prices are also still very reasonable. I'm currently hooked on the crispy, black pepper shrimps and the house special lo mein. Wing Cheong still does not deliver which is fine with me. I'm in the area.

So this place is divey looking but their food is definitely good. Call ahead about 20 mins and they will keep your food ready and waiting. They don't deliver and They only take cash. They have 2 tables with chairs but it's more like waiting space than place to eating there. Definitely a take out joint. I had the crispy eggplant and it was all kinds of awesome- there's a lot of batter but it's really delicious. I also got the fried rice which was pretty good. Those are my standard orders, along with the pepper chicken , the cheese wontons and the Ma po tofu is outstanding. Don't be limited by the menu, ask them for dishes they dont have on there and they are happy to accommodate almost all veggie options, as well as chicken, beef and pork. They don't have too much variety for fish and lamb but they will make an udon noodle soup that isn't on the menu, and if you ask for a spicy eggplant, they will take direction well. I definitely recommend and its been my go to in the neighborhood for chinese food for a while now, that will not change,
It's definitely a hole in the wall kinda place but the food it's absolutely the prices are amazing they only have 2 tables for dining in but for take out Chinese spot I give it 5 stars easily

You need this in your life. Shrimp & broccoli, general tso's chicken and scallion pancakes. Heaven in your mouth!
